Postponement of the release of pre-order items

If you have ordered different items scheduled to be released in the same month, the shipping month may change due to the postponement of some items.
Please note that we may hold your order until all items are in stock.

Regarding simultaneous orders of pre-order items and in-stock items

Due to storage space limitations, pre-order items and in-stock items cannot be ordered at the same time.
In addition, items that are released in different months cannot be ordered at the same time.
In such cases, please place separate orders for each item.

Credit card payment for pre-order items

Please be aware that, due to our payment system, credit card payments, etc., are confirmed at the time of order placement or at the time of order confirmation prior to shipment.
In the unlikely event that an order is cancelled after payment has been confirmed due to a reduction in the number of items in stock or other reasons, refunds may be made by bank transfer.

Cancellation of pre-order items
